Where is your matcha sourced from?
Our matcha is stone-ground and sourced directly from organic tea farms in Uji, Kyoto, known for producing the highest quality green tea in Japan.
How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain its vibrant color and delicate flavor, store your matcha in its airtight tin in a cool, dark place. For maximum freshness, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator.
What is the difference between Ceremonial and Culinary grade?
Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves and is intended to be whisked with water. Culinary grade has a bolder flavor profile designed for baking, smoothies, and lattes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
